   We have completed the first wing with a solar panel. We did exactly what we wanted. You've considered all the options, tried all the alternatives. Solar roofs and " fields " hardly surprise anyone today, so why not to try "solarizing" the wing and conveniently charging during flight. This was the initial idea that came to mind at the end of 2019.
  

The magic of cooling...it's...NACA hole!

The first challenge was to choose the right propulsion for the planned endurance flight of 12 hours or to reach a distance of 500 km.

   The popular drive for the F5J (Mega 16/15 + Reisenauer 5:1 gearbox) has excess power, but also heats decently. Therefore the airflow in the engine compartment of the cabin had to be solved, which is very complicated. The optimization required not only theoretical knowledge but mainly practical tests.
